Owner’s attitude is so nasty. My mother went to get her pedicure done and the owner put her out of the shop because she wanted to someone else to do her pedicure. She also won’t let you come back to her shop if you call and cancel an appointment. She called and insulted my mother for no reason, she thought that my mother cancelled her appointment but she didn’t and tried to argue her down but if you should choose to go, please be a great debater. Very hostile environment! She felt unsafe.

I won’t come back here. After the last time I went the owner smacked my hands multiple times, and tried embarrassing me about my finances in front of other customers assuming I couldn’t pay for my nails even though she continued to upcharge me from the original quote when I showed her what I wanted. I will say, my nails did turn out very pretty, not exact, but I still loved them. Just her attitude will not get my money anymore. I support kind people. ✌️🩷🌸

I went yesterday to get my nails done the owner was very rude and over charged me for my nails I got a fill in and one nail replaced she charged me over 80.00 and she didn't want to do the design I chose off her facebook page. She let one of her helpers do my nails and she tried to do a design that I didn't like I told the girl I didn't want her to do the design she continued to do it! My nails look plain and aren't what I wanted! The owner started yelling at me like I was a child! She RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! This was my first and last time going there! I am a traveler and I will let other travelers know to never go there! When I mention it to several in town people they stated she is always RUDE! She need to be shut down! I will never visit AGAIN!

When I first arrived someone else had taken my appointment and they got really snooty about it. I think they new this girl because they rolled there eyes when i sat down and she left. They charged me an extra $30 dollars because I wanted a design in 3 of my nails. The girl who did my nails Emily needs to learn how to communicate better. She did not talk to me the whole time and made the experience very uncomfortable. She also glued our hands together accidentally with the nail glue and laughed. They charged me $88 for an acrylic set and then a $2.95 credit card charge for using a card. The manager needs to talk slower and more clearer not louder, I could barley understand what she was saying. My nails turned out nice, they just need to work on customer service.

Great job on my mani/Pedi. The manager Jane was hospitable and accommodated my latex allergy needs. I would have give 5 stars but my gel toe nail came off after a few days.
